This past Saturday was a special day, one filled with happiness, joy and long lasting memories as Melanie and Cal confessed their love and exchanged their wedding vows for each other. Although I have only known them for a short time, you can see that their love is the type that only comes along once in a lifetime and they’re blessed to have been able to find it. Well the weekend has arrived. It’s been a great week here at InsuranceBusters.net, we’ve seen the official launch of our community program, Bustin4Relief. This is a program that is very dear and near to the hearts of each the team members here. I have now been with the company for almost two months and what I have witnessed has been an amazing effort put forth by these two people. As they prepare to exchange their vows of love to each other later this month, their commitment and passion for their family, their business as well as the community is incredible. They have a complete understanding of the laws and what is fair for their clients. They work very hard to get what is fair for them. They also believe in raising their children with the correct morals so that they too can grow up and become productive members of society. Because of them, this is an exceptional company to work for and I look forward to long and lasting relationship as we all move forward towards our goals together.
Let me start with Cal, it’s hard to find all the right words to describe this man, but I’ll do my best. This has got to be one of the hardest working individuals that I have ever met. He is on the road constantly working with and fighting for our clients. Whether is meeting with clients, inspectors or contractors, he’s there waiting for them. He does his best to make sure that each and every client is represented honestly and fairly to each of their insurance companies. I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand his tenacity when talking to the insurance companies. He’s relentless at getting what he feels the clients should be receiving in order to put themselves whole again. It starts from the very first time that he meets with them at their home. Instead of just making a few notes and walking away, he does a complete and thorough inspection of the damage. His construction background gives him the knowledge to know what to look for and what the results of a flood, tornado, hurricane or hail storm can do to a home. He also takes the time to get to know our clients, how they feel about their loss and what their intentions are as far as rebuilding. I feel strongly that it is this passion that one day will make Cal a leader in his field. Now for Melanie. Wow has to be the best work to describe her. I know the insurance companies have got to tired of her. Her follow up and attention to detail is by far some of the best I have ever seen. Her office is close enough to mine so that I can hear her making her follow ups to the insurance companies. Her resolve is relentless and follow up is constant. She has a knack for getting the right person on the phone and will not hang up until she does. You can actually tell that the person on the other end has got to be rolling their eyes when they answer their phone as Melanie introduces herself as being from InsuranceBusters.net. There have been times that I just have to laugh at the people on the other end of the phone. When these people review the claims submitted by us, they know that they are complete and in order so it’s now time to make good on their proper coverage. I have heard times where the other person apparently has asked for something else in the claim, Melanie politely informs them that if they’ll simply look at the what was faxed to them on a certain date, that they’ll find said paperwork. (another rep rolling their eyes). Simply put, we are very lucky to have Melanie on our side.
In closing, let me just say that if you have never used a public adjuster before or maybe you have had some trepidation about doing so. Here is how I see it. The adjuster that your insurance company sends out works for the insurance company. Now if you look at it from a business stand point, the insurance company is in business to make a profit, so therefore this doesn’t really promote fairness for you. With that said, a public adjuster is licensed by the state that they work in to represent the claim holder, aside from lawyers and the broker of record. Simply put, the public adjuster works for you and they do everything they can to make bringing your home back to the way it was before a disaster. Making you whole again.
