It really is that simple. And even easier for them to accomplish when they convinced you that you should let their guy come out and tell you if, and how much THEY owe YOU. That is a clear conflict of interest and infers, against all reason and logic, as well as documented history of litigation... that the insurance company is always going to honestly, properly pay a claim, of their own free accord, without guidance, direction, or oversight from anyone save themselves... Our fee... 10%. If we do not recover a minimum of 20% in excess over the total claim, there is no fee at all. When we do recover in excess, it is 10% of the total claim.

Either they owe it, or they don't. There is no in between, no gray... that is why that contract is so important... it says all that. It protects you right now, in this very moment, and at no other. Once you have filed a claim. We have an answer for their fight as well, if necessary. Any successful process will include an answer. Not fast, not easy... but very effective.
